Refund & Returns Policy

Items purchased from Kuehaus Atelier can be returned for a refund or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • The product was received faulty or damaged.
  • The return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom-made items cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased using Afterpay, Klarna, or other "Buy Now, Pay Later" services are not eligible for refunds. Store credit, issued as a digital gift card, is provided instead.
  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or damage caused by inappropriate use.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent. The item remains the buyer's responsibility until it is received and confirmed by the Kuehaus Atelier Customer Service Team. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please email us with: photos of the item received, Proof of purchase. Further instructions will then be provided, and all additional costs associated with correcting the error will be covered by Kuehaus Atelier.

Instore Credit & Gift Cards

Store credits are issued once the returned item is received and its condition is assessed. Store credits are provided in the form of a digital gift card, which can be redeemed online at checkout.

Warranty

Kuehaus Atelier offers a 12-month manufacturing warranty on all items, which covers faults such as broken clasps caused by defective spring mechanisms.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Chain breakages.
  • Bent chains.
  • Stretching of chains or metal wires.
  • Tarnishing or discoloration of metals.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or improper storage.
  • Lost jewelry.
  • Items that have been tampered with, repaired, or modified by third parties.

Note: For a major fault please contact kuehaus@gmail.com with details of the issue, with photos and proof of purchase. Our team will assist in assessing your claim and providing a suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
